Cars entrance to All –Russia Exhibition Centre territory is chargeable. Entrance to the All-Russia Exhibition Center territory on the days of exhibits delivery and removal shall be included in the display area value.

Exhibition participants shall be enabled to freely deliver-remove exhibits within the following time constraints through “North – 3” gates.

Exhibits Delivery:

August 25, 2009   from 9.00 a .m. through 6.00 p.m.
August 26, 2009 from 9.00 through 11.00 a .m.

Exhibits Removal:

August 29, 2009 from 4.00 through 6.00 p.m.
August 30, 2009 from 9.00 a .m. through 6.00 p.m.

In order to ensure the exhibits delivery to/removal from the All-Russia Exhibition Centre territory, it shall be necessary to carry a Letter on equipment carriage inwards/removal , made out on an exhibitor-company letterhead in 3 copies.

Registration of Participants

Participants registration shall be performed on March 2 and 3 at “Registration” counter.

Upon registering, a participant organization shall be required to present:
-   payment order copy,
-   2 copies of application contract (original) signed and sealed by the participant organization
-   2 copies of certificate of completion sealed by the organization.

Passage to the pavilion territory during exhibition erection / takedown / operation for participants shall be performed under badges only.

Exhibition participants shall be provided with name badges on the basis of 2 badges per registration fee and 1 free of charge badge per each 4 sq. m of the display area. FORM М3

If you need ordering more badges, you will be in a position to do it completing an appropriate item in the Application Contract.
